- Account details: name, email, mobile, and academic details you enter (university, degree, field).
- Document inputs & outputs: the topic and details you provide, and the documents we generate for you.
- Uploads: any reference PDFs or files you upload.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card details.
02How we use it
To create your documents, run your account, process payments, provide support, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We use AI providers strictly to generate your content on your request.
03Storage & retention
We may retain limited, anonymised reference metadata (titles, authors, DOIs of cited papers) to improve search quality. This is never your written prose. Inactive personal reference libraries may be purged after extended inactivity.
04Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to operate LivoDraft — for example payment processing, AI generation, email and hosting — under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law. We never share one user's generated documents with another user.
05Security
Passwords are stored using strong, salted hashing, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
06Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
07Your rights
You can access or update your profile, request deletion of your account and personal data, and ask questions about how your data is handled. Contact us and we'll help.
