We want you to get a document you can actually use. This policy explains when a refund applies and the faster re-evaluation route we offer for quality concerns. It applies to documents generated through LivoDraft by Avloryn Labs LLP.
01How billing works
LivoDraft is charged per document, per page, in Indian Rupees. Because each document is custom-generated on demand (using paid AI processing), it is a personalised digital product prepared specifically for you.
02When refunds apply
We refund when the fault is ours:
- A technical failure prevented your document from being generated or delivered;
- You were charged more than once for the same document;
- The document delivered is materially different from the type and length you paid for and cannot be fixed by a re-evaluation.
03When refunds don't apply
- The document was generated and delivered as ordered, but you changed your mind;
- Dissatisfaction with subjective style, where the output matches your inputs and the document type;
- Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details you provided (you can re-generate with corrected inputs);
- Academic outcomes — we cannot guarantee any grade, acceptance or examiner result.
04Try re-evaluation first
Faster than a refund. If a specific section isn't right, use re-evaluation (1 token) from your dashboard — we'll take another pass at the issue, usually quicker than a refund and without losing your work.
05How to request a refund
Email hello@livodraft.com (or use the contact page) within 7 days of purchase, with your Document Reference (LD-XXXXXXXX) and a short description of the issue. The Document Reference is in your document footer and dashboard.
06Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
