LivoDraft is a fully digital service. The document you order is generated on demand and delivered to you electronically as a downloadable Microsoft Word (.docx) file (and, for PhD theses, a Shodhganga chapter-split ZIP). Nothing is shipped physically, so no courier, tracking number or physical address is involved.
02How you receive your document
- Once generation completes, the document becomes available to download directly from your dashboard (and from the success screen after generation).
- Each document carries a unique Document Reference (LD-XXXXXXXX) for traceability.
- If email notifications are enabled, a download/confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
- Your generated files remain available in your dashboard for 45 days, after which they are automatically removed for privacy.
03Delivery timeframe
Because each document is custom-generated using AI processing, delivery is near-instant to a short wait depending on length and load — typically a few minutes from when generation starts. Progress is shown on screen, and the file is ready to download as soon as it completes. No scheduled or physical delivery window applies.
04No shipping or delivery charges
As a digital product, there are no shipping, courier or delivery fees. You pay only the per-document / per-page price shown at checkout (see Pricing).
