Terms of Service — LivoDraft

These Terms govern your use of LivoDraft, an AI-assisted academic drafting service operated by Avloryn Labs LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, especially Section 4 on acceptable use and academic integrity.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LivoDraft you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian), and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02What LivoDraft is

LivoDraft generates structured, formatted, referenced academic documents as editable Microsoft Word files, based on the details you provide. The output is a draft intended as a starting point. You are expected to review, verify, edit and adapt it before any use or submission.

03Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person per account; do not share login credentials.

04Acceptable use & academic integrity

Important. LivoDraft is a drafting and formatting aid. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any output complies with the rules, code of conduct and academic-integrity policies of your university, institution, publisher or examiner.

You agree that you will:

Use outputs in accordance with all applicable academic and institutional policies;
Review, fact-check and edit the draft, and take responsibility for the final work you submit;
Not misrepresent the source or authorship of work where your institution's rules require disclosure;
Understand the content and be able to independently explain and defend it — for example in a viva, oral defence, presentation, interview or examination. The service is a writing aid only; it does not prepare you for, sit, or guarantee any outcome in any oral or written examination, and your ability to defend your work is entirely your own responsibility;
Not use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

You direct and operate the service. Every document is generated at your instruction and request, from inputs you choose. For all academic, authorship, disclosure and disciplinary purposes you are the author and operator of the output, and you alone are accountable for how it is prepared, checked, disclosed, defended and submitted. We are a software service provider only; we do not author, submit, supervise or examine your work.

We do not control how you ultimately use the documents you generate, and we are not responsible for any academic, disciplinary, examination or professional consequences arising from your use of them.

05Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and of the final document generated for you. We do not share, publish, or reuse your generated documents with other users. We may process limited, anonymised reference metadata (such as titles and DOIs of cited papers) to improve search quality — never your written content.

06Payments

LivoDraft is priced per document, per page, in Indian Rupees (₹), with the rates and minimums shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Optional add-ons (such as AI-generated images and additional tokens) are charged separately. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

07References & accuracy

We build bibliographies from real, verifiable sources and take care with formatting standards. However, AI-generated content can contain errors. We do not guarantee that any output is free of mistakes, nor do we guarantee any particular grade, acceptance, originality score or examiner outcome. You must verify all references, facts and formatting before submission.

08Service availability

LivoDraft may be offered in beta or limited-access phases and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for academic or professional outcomes.

10Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that are used unlawfully or abusively.

11Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
